Commercial Lawn Maintenance & Landscape Services
ATTC Lawn Care is fully insured through Cameron Insurance. A copy of our policy will be provided upon request.
Lawn Maintenance
- Pick up any trash and branches on lawn during mowing visit
- Mow and weed - eat lawn area once weekly during growing season - Approximately 30 cuts per year
- Edge walk ways, curb and turf areas as needed to keep a sharp clean look
- Blow debris caused by mowing process off all walkways and sidewalks
- Pick up leaves in the fall approximately 2 visits (or until leaves have fallen)
Landscape and Bed Maintenance
- Re-mulch beds and trees once year in the spring
- Pull weeds in beds & trees rings monthly during now visits April - October / once month November - March
- Keep beds clean of trash and other debris on mowing visits
- Trim small trees and bushes on grounds two to three times per year as needed to keep clean look
Fertilization Services
- Six step program includes fertilization in summer (promote healthy grass) and pre-emergent application in winter
Annual Color / Flowers
- Will replace in spring and fall if applicable
Irrigation Maintenance
- Start up system in spring / Monitor during growing season / Winterize in fall ( any broken heads caused by mowing process summer will be fixed at no cost / any heads or lines found broken during start up will be billed accordingly )
